1. Acceptance of Terms

By installing or using TurboFlow ("the Extension"), you agree to these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree, do not use the Extension.

2. Description of Service

TurboFlow is a Chrome Extension that automates bulk AI image and video generation on Google Flow (labs.google/fx). The Extension provides tools for batch prompt processing, automatic downloading, and queue management.

3. Requirements

To use TurboFlow, you need:

A Google account with access to Google Flow
Google Chrome browser
An active internet connection

TurboFlow is a productivity tool that works WITH your existing Google Flow access. It does not provide access to Google Flow itself or any Google AI models.

4. Accounts and Authentication

You must sign in with a valid Google account to use TurboFlow
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account
You must not share your account or allow others to access it
One TurboFlow account per person

5. Free and Pro Plans

Free Plan:

10 image prompts per day
3 video prompts per day
1 image per prompt
2 reference images maximum
No credit card required

Pro Plan:

Unlimited prompts
Up to 4 images per prompt
Up to 10 reference images
Auto-chain batches
All video modes
Import/Export queue functionality

6. Payments and Refunds

Payments are processed securely through Gumroad
Monthly and yearly subscriptions renew automatically
You may cancel your subscription at any time
Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period
Refund requests are handled on a case-by-case basis — contact us at support@turboflow.art

7. Account Linking

If you purchased Pro with a different email than your Google sign-in email, you may link the two accounts through the Extension. Each Pro subscription may be linked to one additional email address.

8. Acceptable Use

You agree NOT to:

Reverse engineer, decompile, or modify the Extension
Use the Extension to violate Google's Terms of Service
Attempt to bypass usage limits or subscription requirements
Use the Extension for any illegal or unauthorized purpose
Distribute, sell, or sublicense access to the Extension
Attempt to manipulate or forge API requests to our servers
Create multiple accounts to circumvent free tier limits

9. Intellectual Property

TurboFlow and its original code, design, and branding are owned by us
Content you generate using Google Flow through TurboFlow is governed by Google's Terms of Service
We claim no ownership over your prompts, images, or videos

10. Google Flow Dependency

TurboFlow depends on Google Flow's availability and functionality. We are not responsible for:

Changes Google makes to Flow that may affect the Extension
Google Flow downtime or service interruptions
Changes to Google's AI models, features, or policies
Loss of generated content due to Google Flow issues

11. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Extension is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Extension will be uninterrupted or error-free, that all images or videos will generate successfully, or that the Extension will be compatible with all future versions of Google Flow.

12. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising from your use of the Extension. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the Extension in the 12 months preceding the claim.

13. Not Affiliated with Google

TurboFlow is an independent product and is NOT affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Google LLC. Google, Google Flow, Veo, and Nano Banana are trademarks of Google LLC.

14. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Extension at any time, with or without cause, including but not limited to violation of these Terms. Upon termination, your access to Pro features will cease and your local data remains on your device until you uninstall.

15. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Extension after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
