1. Acceptance of Terms

By installing or using TurboFlow ("the Extension"), you agree to these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree, do not use the Extension.

2. Description of Service

TurboFlow is a Chrome Extension that automates bulk AI image and video generation on Google Flow (labs.google/fx). The Extension provides tools for batch prompt processing, automatic downloading, and queue management.

3. Requirements

To use TurboFlow, you need:

A Google account with access to Google Flow
Google Chrome browser
An active internet connection

TurboFlow is a productivity tool that works WITH your existing Google Flow access. It does not provide access to Google Flow itself or any Google AI models.

4. Accounts and Authentication

You must sign in with a valid Google account to use TurboFlow
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account
You must not share your account or allow others to access it
One TurboFlow account per person

5. Free and Pro Plans

Free Plan:

10 image prompts per day
3 video prompts per day
All features available (same as Pro, with daily limits)
No credit card required

Pro Plan:

Unlimited prompts
Up to 4 images per prompt
Up to 4 videos per prompt
Up to 10 reference images
Auto-chain batches
All video modes
Import/Export queue functionality

6. Payments and Refunds

Payments are processed securely through our payment provider
Monthly and yearly subscriptions renew automatically
You may cancel your subscription at any time
Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period
Refund requests are handled on a case-by-case basis — contact us at support@turboflow.art

7. Subscription Management

Pro subscriptions are processed through Lemon Squeezy. Your subscription is linked to your Google sign-in email automatically during checkout. You can manage your subscription (cancel, update payment) through Lemon Squeezy's customer portal. Each Pro subscription is linked to one Google account.

8. Acceptable Use

You agree NOT to:

Reverse engineer, decompile, or modify the Extension
Use the Extension to violate Google's Terms of Service
Attempt to bypass usage limits or subscription requirements
Use the Extension for any illegal or unauthorized purpose
Distribute, sell, or sublicense access to the Extension
Attempt to manipulate or forge API requests to our servers
Create multiple accounts to circumvent free tier limits

9. Prohibited Content

TurboFlow has a zero-tolerance policy for the generation of prohibited content. You agree NOT to use TurboFlow to attempt to generate, distribute, or facilitate:

Sexually explicit or pornographic content (NSFW)
Non-consensual intimate imagery or deepfakes
Child sexual abuse material (CSAM) or any content depicting minors in harmful situations
Content that promotes violence, terrorism, or self-harm
Hate speech, harassment, or content targeting individuals or groups
Fraudulent or deceptive content (impersonation, scams, misinformation)
Content that violates any applicable law or regulation

Enforcement:

All content generation through TurboFlow is processed by Google's AI models, which apply their own safety filters that automatically block prohibited content at the model level
TurboFlow cannot bypass, modify, or circumvent Google's content safety systems
All users are authenticated via Google OAuth and usage is tracked on our servers
Accounts found violating this policy will be immediately and permanently terminated without refund
We reserve the right to report violations to relevant authorities where required by law

TurboFlow is a UI automation tool — it does not host, run, or modify any AI models. All generation requests are processed entirely by Google's infrastructure, which enforces its own content safety policies on every request. Even if a user attempts to generate prohibited content, Google's safety filters will block it before any image or video is created.

Any attempt to use TurboFlow to generate prohibited content — even if blocked by Google's safety filters — constitutes a violation of these Terms and grounds for immediate account termination.

10. Intellectual Property

TurboFlow and its original code, design, and branding are owned by us
Content you generate using Google Flow through TurboFlow is governed by Google's Terms of Service
We claim no ownership over your prompts, images, or videos

11. Google Flow Dependency

TurboFlow depends on Google Flow's availability and functionality. We are not responsible for:

Changes Google makes to Flow that may affect the Extension
Google Flow downtime or service interruptions
Changes to Google's AI models, features, or policies
Loss of generated content due to Google Flow issues

12. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Extension is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Extension will be uninterrupted or error-free, that all images or videos will generate successfully, or that the Extension will be compatible with all future versions of Google Flow.

13. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising from your use of the Extension. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the Extension in the 12 months preceding the claim.

14. Not Affiliated with Google

TurboFlow is an independent product and is NOT affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Google LLC. Google, Google Flow, Veo, and Nano Banana are trademarks of Google LLC.

15. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Extension at any time, with or without cause, including but not limited to violation of these Terms. Upon termination, your access to Pro features will cease and your local data remains on your device until you uninstall.

16. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Extension after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
