1. Digital Subscription Product

TurboFlow is a digital subscription service. Access to Pro features is granted instantly upon successful payment. Because the service is delivered digitally and immediately, please review this policy before subscribing.

2. Try Before You Buy

All users can use TurboFlow free, with a daily quota of prompts, before subscribing to Pro. We strongly encourage you to use the free plan to confirm the product meets your needs before upgrading.

3. Refund Eligibility

We offer refunds within 7 days of your initial Pro purchase if:

4. Renewal Charges

If a subscription renewal was charged unintentionally and you have not used Pro features during the new billing period, you may request a refund within 7 days of the renewal date. To avoid unwanted renewals, you can cancel at any time before your renewal date (see Section 5).

5. Subscription Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation stops all future renewals, and your Pro access continues until the end of your current billing period. Cancelling does not automatically trigger a refund for the current period.

Tip: To avoid an unwanted renewal charge, cancel before your renewal date. You will keep Pro access until the period you already paid for ends.
